All our items are made to order. Orders are being dispatched from our warehouse in Europe, Bulgaria within 1-3 business days after placing the order.

Your order will be delivered to you via or your local postal services. 

Europe: 4 euro

USA, Canada, Asia, Australia : 5 euro

Express shipping : 14 Euro /2-3 days/

Shipping time

Depending on where you live, shipping usually takes:

• • Europe: 5-7 days
• • USA & Canada: 10-15 days
• • Rest of the World: 10-20 days
• • DHL Express: 2-3 business days

Please keep in mind that times of delivery can be affected by the busy seasons such as Christmas or other holidays, which may cause a slight delay during such period.

Due to pandemic, depending on your location regulations, there might be slight delays on top of standard delivery times. We ask you to give up to 5-7 days on top of regular delivery time before getting in touch with our customer service team.  

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please note that it might take from 1 to 3 business days for tracking to start showing information.
